“Great Accommodation in Austin TX”

We stayed here with a tour company for the V8 Supercars in May 2013. This was just perfect for us after a long day at Circuit of the Americas. Room had a full kitchen and bathroom had a bath - Perfect. Rooms were like a one bedroom unit with walk-in-robe, with fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Staff were very helpful.... More

“Very good experience”

I loved the work out room. Great equipment in good working order and clean. The staff was very friendly and great breakfast. A little bit worn around the edges in cleanliness but nothing huge or awful. Overall a really good experience. I'd stay here again based on just the workout room alone.

“Customer Service Not Forgotten”

I travel quite a lot. This place was great from the time we stepped in the door. The girl at the reception was extremely helpful and friendly. This is a place that hasn't forgotten what customer service is about. An oasis if professionalism.

“Highly Recommend!”

Great experience, awesome location. The staff was helpful and courteous, and I felt safe. Pets are allowed but do not list the cost on their website, so I had sticker shock at checkout. Their room service company, Order Inn, has some delicious food, too. Overall, it was a great hotel and I will go back.

“Great bargin that comes with clean, quite atmosphere.”

The hotel personnel is super friendly and the rooms are clean and quite. A full breakfast is served in the morning which helps to start the day positively. The hotel has quick access to major throufares in the capital city. Very convenient!

Was travelling for business and stayed here on the recommendation of Trip Advisor. Wasn't let down. Nice clean and comfortable rooms, friendly service. My TV wasn't working and whilst I was out they fixed it and left a note saying I hoped all was ask. Would recommend if you're ever visiting Austin.
