“SLOWING FALLING APART”

This is the second time I stayed at this property in the past year. I can see the maintenance is slowly sliding. Today the a/c didn't work; but was repaired asap. The room had a smoke smell to it also.The third floor is a smoke filled bar room. I will not be staying here again.

We travelled to Austin for sxsw...For some reason our reservation was not in the system. Thankfully Keena helped us out and searched and with persistance was able to get us a great room!! Definitly recommend!! Thank you Keena!!

I, like TarjeiH, had booked and paid for a room here for SXSW through Hotels.com - 39 DAYS AGO. I was just informed that my reservation had been cancelled. Generally during large conferences, you cannot find nearby hotels on Hotels.com because the hotel pulls its rooms, knowing they can sell the rooms themselves for more. “good value, nice staff”

This hotel exceeded expectations. I found it superior to other extended stay suites in Austin. A little worn, and not a 5star, but clean, pleasant smelling (which to me means no odor at all,) comfortable bed, flat screen TV, plus a working and well appointed kitchen-ette. No problems or complaints. Nice staff.
