“Exceptional Staff”

We recently stayed at the Residence Inn Arboretum in Austin, TX. Two issues arose during our stay and the staff at the hotel resolved both issues in an extremely efficient and expeditious manner. All of the staff we encountered at this Marriott were exceptional and we will definitely stay at this Residence Inn again!! Such a pleasant experience.
