Good hot breakfast, walls need painting, bed lamp not working, bath light intermitant, hotel street sign out carpet old, sheets thin, staff friendly, exterior brought.. Fine hotel but needs work!

We stayed on a holiday weekend. The room on the 3rd floor was clean, nice, and cheaper than staying in Port Aransas. The kitchenette was nice to have and they had an excellent hot breakfast . The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

I expect to stay at this hotel again. The only complaint I have is that my daughter had to sleep on an uncomfortable sofa bed. The people were extremely friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the breakfast variety and so did my family.

We have been staying here 2 to 4 times a year for the last 5 years. The court yard is great with bbq's, swimming pool, and hot tub. Cleanliness has never been an issue, until this stay.
