This is an extremely convenient and well run hotel. You can walk from the airport to the hotel, the restuarant has decent local food and the staff are very welcoming. I had a discount as a state employee which also made it a good deal.

Experience was very good. I would stay again. It is very convenient if you are flying out in the early morning hours. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Bathroom was large and fully equipped.

The rooms here are a bit dated, but still fairly clean. The hotel itself could use a major renovation to bring it up to date. Walking to the gym the hallway smelled of smoke. “Slow elevators”

The hotel was clean and spacious rooms. Good location near Times Sq. Plan plenty of time for breakfast as the room is small and arrangement of food line, toaster, etc. hard to get around with all the people. Plan plenty of time for the elevators. Took an avg. of 20 min from the 16th floor each time used.

Horrible hotel. Room was filthy. Dust in ever corner and crevice. Furniture stained. Old and ripped up sheets and bedding. Staff made no offers to correct the problem. Best thing they did for me was to check me out. Didn't even stay one night.

We stayed here the evening before our trip to Hawaii. We had a very early flight. Just out of our room out the door and down a walkway then straight into the airport. “Rooms need upgrading”

Out dated Hilton. The Staff was very nice and on top of it. The rooms need some major updating. I stayed on the Exective level and enjoyed the evening snacks and breakfast. Easy to get to. I only stay there b/c I attend company meetings. The meeting rooms where nice and the food that was served was average.

fantastic hotel with a great staff. the convenience of being able to walk to the airport is a super plus as well as being able to leave our vehicle in the hotel parking lot without having to pay any extra fee like at the airport.
