We enjoyed our stay , however, we had a comfortable king size bed in a small room, which created very small quarters, where we could hardly move around.
The sink was in the room (not an advantage) and the bathroom was very small.
Breakfasts were average.

Over the years, I have stayed at a number of Bed and Breakfasts. Hersey House provided an outstanding experience. Patti and Abi are delightful hosts. They are able to strike a balance of being attentive to their guests and allowing you to feel comfortable in the house.
