My wife and I stayed here to go visit the NC Zoo, Richland Creek Zip-Line, and the Pottery Trail. All of these attractions are just a short drive away. Our room was very clean as was the lobby, breakfast area and outside property. The Breakfast bar was well stocked with both hot and cold offerings. Our room had a microwave, refrigerator,... More

Stayed at the Comfort Inn in Asheboro, NC. It is a nice hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, The cable TV had more channels to choose from than ANY other hotel I have ever stayed at through the East coast. Location was good. Breakfast was ok. Friendly staff.

We always stay at the Hampton but on this trip we only needed somewhere for one night to sleep and take a shower before driving to the mountains. Saving money sounded like a good idea. While the room we stayed in had just been remodeled, the dragging luggage up stairs killed it for us. What got me riled was I... More

We stayed at this location on our way down to Myrtle Beach. The staff was very nice and helpful. Once we got into the room we found that things were rather dated, however it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast the next morning consisted of a combination of hot and cold items that had enough variety to get... More

I recently stayed here. When going in though the back of the building where my room was located the place was dirty and smelled like marijuana. It was late and I was tired so I went onto my room. It seemed okay. A few hours later I was awoken by a severe burning sensation. I had been bitten a bug... More

I had a reservation for this hotel for a non-smoking room. When I got there, I got a smoking room because they no longer non-smoking rooms available. When we got into our room, turned the lights on bug took off running. The beds were very uncomfortable and the room was not at all what I expected. We slept and left... More

Thank you for taking the time to posting a review about our hotel. We do have a bug company that checks our hotel monthly. I have received no complaints about bugs in any rooms but will be sure to have our extermination company check our rooms. More

As others have said no elevator, I was able to get a room on the first floor. Bed sheets were thread bare, so thin in places you could see thru them. Bath tub didn't drain, took a shower standing in water. Blow dryer wouldn't work. Kept hearing a buzzing sound when I was trying to go to sleep, found out... More

This is an older property, two floors, with no elevators. Not a problem for some folks, but it would have been good to know before they placed us in a second floor room. My husband's bad knees struggled mightilly with luggage up those stairs. The room was hot and never did cool down. The toilet in our room didn't work;... More

Stayed one night after visiting the zoo. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good (biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, hardboiled eggs, cereals, danish, make own waffles, yogurt, juices, coffee/tea). Carpet in our first floor room needed to be cleaned, but bathroom was clean. We didn't use the pool, but it was available. Beds were comfortable with lots of pillows.
