Despite reading some awful reviews on here...we were very pleasantly surprised. We arrived at hotel around 4am....courteous staff on reception..carrried bags to rooms. Fridge in room, with bottle of water..as we were very thirsty after our 2 hrs transfer..however we were last on the list to be dropped off..it generally takes half an hour. The room was clean, overlooked the... More

We are a family of 4 and this was our second consecutive visit to Club Acacia - it was another wonderful family holiday, even better than the first year. The vibe is relaxing and hospitable. If you are after a very lively hotel with lots of other English people to hand out with, burgers, chips, Enlgish breakfasts, night clubs and... More

Hotel and weather fantastic, however if you like eating don't go. Food shocking. Children survived on rice for two weeks, you could have eggs for breakfast and eggs no other food provided. No toaster no tea. No set menu to the buffet just seemed random products. If you like sprouts then you can have every day hot or cold. Desserts inedible... More

We booked late and were a little concerned with some of the bad reviews, however we need not have been. The food was plentiful and quality good, always fresh melon or grapes to accompany your meal. There was not much in the way of evening entertainment, but the animation team were energetic and keen. If you are looking for a... More

Went to club Acacia in May 2011 with two friends. Although the hotel is pretty basic it has beautiful views and mostly friendly staff. After reading the reviews about the food being bad and no choice we were very aprehensive, but I think for the money we paid (less than £300 all inclusive for a week) it was brilliant. Rice,... More

We have just returned from a really wonderful weeks break at the Acacia, wish we'd booked 2 weeks now. We read the reviews after booking and were worried we'd made a big mistake as this was our honeymoon, but don't believe all you read. Yes some bits were true and some of the rooms are tired and need some attention,... More

We arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning and were very impressed with reception and communal areas. Although being tired from travelling and being dark, the first impressions of our room (annexe under restaurant) weren't great! However, waking up with the sun shining in and seeing the sea from my window our views changed completely. There... More

We (2 Adults & 2 kids 6 & 4) were travelling from Scotland and our friends were travelling from northern ireland (2 Adults & 2 kids 7 & 1) and we were meeting for a group holiday. The hotel although gorgeous location with beautiful views, there were so many steps. It was... More
