“Good Hotel, good location”

Friendly staff, nice big rooms, great lunches in the Brasserie and easy city locations for getting to multiple meetings. Had a meal out with friends in the Nusret-Et Steakhouse opposite the entrance. It is a fantastic steakhouse. Sorry Sheraton, didn't eat dinner with you so can't compare!

Overpriced for what you get, rooms are outdated, TV is circa 1995, you can barely watch it fr the bed. Room service is dodgy, they lie to you about what wine they are bringing you and the food (RS and dining) are average at best. “Looks good both inside and outside”

Stayed 3 times. Got executive room on the 22nd, 20th and 23rd floor. Those floors have advantage of having access to executive lounge on the 20th floor with free afternoon tea as well as dinner till 2100. I would say not bad!
