Good hotel, great buffet breakfast -- pool was a bit disappointing. Bed very comfortable and serivce outstanding. Location great if you are into the material mind numbing shopping extravaganza -- personally found it all very sterile for Asia and would have rather stayed in a little more girt and authenticity -- but for business it serves a purpose!

The location of the hotel is best when you want to look around Kuala Lumpur City. It connects you well to Twin towers and places such as Bukit Batang. The hotel staff is very helpful. Swimming pool View is awesome.

We stayed there just one night before flying back home, but we absolutely loved it. Got a free upgrade to a kingsize room with view to the Petronas towers. The bed was huge and the bathroom just amazing. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of western and local food and it was delicious. I will definitely go back there!

This hotel is so central, it even has a direct access to the covered and subway pedestrian to all the shops and city attractions. The pool is great, breakfast was fantastic and the room was clean and spacious. Best thing about the hotel is that it is so central.

easy access to klcc n sungai wang. stay there becoz bring our kids to underwater world, just opposite only. don't need driving, walk around under covered hallway. very convenient. weak pt: no kid pool and adult pool quite deep and mini size but very nice view coz at "roof top". if u plan to golden triangle kl, would recommend this... -The housekeeping often takes long time to complete and should be finished in the morning itself. -Touching the keycard to access the lift, uhh sick of it, the lift started moving before even able to touch and tap floor number, causing us to reach undesired floor. -The same breakfast everyday.

Stayed for 2 nights in march. Brilliant location. Very helpful staff and immaculate room. Location is perfect for anything central.
