Modern comfortable hotel in chinatown with direct access onto main hawker shopping area. Good breakfast. Big comfy bed in standard room. Small bathroom but nice shower. TV channels bit limited. Cleaning staff very friendly. Reception staffed seemed overworked, often long queues at peak times but not a major issue. Generally very good value in one of SE Asia's pricier cities.

Rooms are nice and clean. The staff is really friendly. The buffet breakfast was good, with a lot of local samplers. The inn was quiet inside, but outside, it was in the middle of everything. You won't go hungry in this side of town. Great three days in Malaysia. Full of Southeast Asian charm. Worth every penny I spent.

Glad to stay at this hotel on my trip to KL. All aspects of the hotel were more than satisfactory but the breakfast was simply 5-star. So many varieties to munch on! Location was not as good as we expected but I loved that place!
