My wife and I booked this hotel thinking it was the sunway resort and spa. We were completely disappointed. We were given a room which smelt like an ashtray. spend some nigths during our holidays in malaysia. This is a really great hotel. Very big rooms (kid playd hide and seek...), friendly people, a great view from our room (30th floor) very nice breakfast. It was a pleasure to stay here!!

Hotel location, food and service was good. Hotel is on top of a shopping mall, but the mall is closed for renovations until end of 2014. Rooms were average and I found cockroaches in the room. Overall an average hotel.
