We stayed at Hotel Universal Port this past weekend, and I have absolutely no complaints. The staff was wonderful. They even have quite a few on staff who speak English. The hotel is well set-up, with 15 floors overlooking either the bay or Universal Studios Osaka. Our room was facing Universal on the 12th Floor.
