The front desk has very limited English speaking skills. I understand that maybe not everyone should have English ability, but maybe one of the front desk persons? The only place they have wifi is in the downstairs lobby where there is no place to sit, relax and use the wifi when the small cafe in the lobby is not open.... More

I chose this hotel based on it's location - just across the street from the Tennoji train station. The room was very clean, and spacious enough for a solo traveller. Placed right opposite the tennoji station, this hotel is perfect spot for train to/from airport. Therefore also convenient to subway to get around Osaka. Very comfortable, been here in summer and winter. Rooms away from station are quieter.
