The pool is very nice as well as the breakfast. I always get upgraded to the renewal suites so I dont know about the other rooms but the suites are very very nice.

The hotel's location is rather bad. If you want to get back from Umeda/Osaka station to the hotel, you need to take the hotel shuttle. As it is winter now, it is very cold and windy when queuing for the bus. There is only a shopping mall near the hotel. Again, you need to walk there for 5 minutes. It...

Excellent staff and wonderful food.
Regency club was well worth it. Room was 40sqm but huge bathroom takes up about 1/3 of that. Everything was very clean and in good condition. Beds were only two twins though, and not as good as the Westin's Heavenly Bed. Room service came immediately each time we called for something.
Very nice buffet breakfast....

Contrary to most people saying that this hotel is too far from the city, I thought it was of a decent location. It is conveniently located near the Expo (Intex), several subway stations and is reasonably near (a few subway stations away) the Kaiyukan (Aquarium). The hotel's provision of frequent (and very timely!) shuttle buses also helps to alleviate the...

If you visit there by car, I recommend this hotel. They have shuttle bus to take you to near the station every 15 minutes. If you don't want to wait shuttle bus, you can walk to another station. On the way to the station you can stop at many shops include some restaurants.
We stayed at reagency club room. The...

I only spent one night at the hotel. I arrived quite late at night and was surprised to find it completely deserted. I guess this is because the hotel is so far from Osaka city proper. That's also the reason why i wouldn't like to stay here again. It's just too far from the city!
The hotel was very comfortable....

Good place where to stay, but little bit far from the down town. Which is not a big deal because u can use shuttle bus, going every 30 minutes.
Room is very clean, tidy, spacious and modern bathroom with a shower and bath, bed is quite soft but it´s not big deal. The only thing I didn´t like is the...

Location is far from anything, rooms are small (for a Hyatt), bed was too short and service was average at best. Hotel is designed for meeting needs of the local wedding business. Unless you are a merchant marine and need a room near the container yards or you are with IBM who also has an office nearby, stay near Osaka...

Our flight was diverted to Osaka because of the earthquake. We stayed here for one night. It had been a long day and several hundred people were arriving at this hotel at the last minute, checking in at 22:00! Despite the unexpected guests the staff got us all checked in quickly and without hassle. The dinner and breakfast were good...

This hotel is a pleasure to stay at. The employees are all very nice and helpful. They will go out of their way to help you. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with lots of rooms to store clothes and personal items.
The location is obviously the biggest drawback as everyone else has stated. The hotel does offer a free...
