This is an elegant 5-star downtown hotel with a very courteous, helpful staff. The room was almost hilariously over-engineered in Japanese fashion. Family stayed there during the Lights Festival in nearby Kyoto. I'm glad we stayed here because the service is great, rooms are awesome, and breakfast buffet really good! The Bar is really cool, and the outdoor Japenese rock garden is beautiful and peaceful. We will go back next time in Osaka!
