The rooms were big in japanese standard and had everything you need. They serve a nice breakfast buffet but it costs 1000 yen. No cheap breakfast places around. Off the main Lines but still close to Umeda and Namba.

Upon our check-in to our room, the first impression was..how come they gave us a smoking room when our booking confirmation mention NON SMOKING ROOM. Small but excellent value for money. We had a pleasant stay, quite close to the train station (5min walk). Good location with convenient store around the corner. Located at the financial services area/apartments, a bit quiet at night.

“Small but good”

The rooms in this hotel are very small and the AC didn't work that well. Otherwise, everything has been fine, the room is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful (although not very fluent in English).

Stayed at their Sakaisuji-Honmachi location for 3 weeks. Outstanding service, very clear (new) rooms, conveniently located in Osaka (5min walk to Subway, 45min from KIX incl. transfer). Highly recommended~! Very hard to find a hotel in Osaka at their price price point with such quality.

We have a pleasant stay there. Room was clean, ok size room and bath by Japan standard. Will take a bit of effort to locate at 1st as it is about 10 to 15 mins from subway. Many convenient stores are nearby.
