Next to the Shin-Osaka station. Convinient for a day visit to Osaka city. The room was ok, a bit small but not too much. It did not have good views. Personal attention was ok. Convinient if you are going to take the shinkasen the next morning.

An easy place ot get to, local to the train station and connections. A 7Eleven is close by. The lobby was one of my fave parts of the hotel. Free tea, massage chair, tv and lounge area. We stayed here for 7 nights and used it as a base to take day trips to Hiroshima, Kyoto and Nara. It was the smallest room of all our 3 hotels that we stayed and also smallest bathroom. This hotel is very well located very close to the shin-Osaka train station. Reception people are very kind, polite and rooms are comfortable. Room size is good and cleaness is good as well. We were staying only one night to be close to Kansai Airport and Shin-Osaka was convenient. The Hotel was nice and the staff very helpful even though their english was not very fluent. The rooms are very small but considering Osaka's offer and availability was more than enough. Breakfast was either japanese or western and the offer was very good.... More

It is near the station, but not that near, unless you leave the station by the right exit and no one knows where that is; it's at the very end and therefore the total walk is long; this cancels the advertised convenience.

Very nice room. Small but not claustaphobic with a clean and fully functioning bathroom. There was a nice welcoming touch with a flower and paper cranes. The reception (fronto) was welcoming and relaxed. And a very competitive price. We didn't eat there so I can't comment on food.
