We stayed in Kyoto in 2008 at Bola-Bola. It was great and everything we had hoped. It is very affordable, inviting family, spacious rooms, and decent location. The owner pointed out a nice nearby onsen after our late arrival. It was a great stay. I will stay here again when I visit Kyoto next time.
