Excellent location, great service and helpfully organised our luggage to be sent to our next hotel without a problem. Free wifi plus a computer area which allowed free printing which was useful. Right outside is subway entrance and bus to and from Gion and Higashiyama stops right in front. Highly recommended for where it is.

Stayed for 2 nights. Great location, right infront of the station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quick and free wifi. The hotel attempts to be ecological by giving guests an option for towel/bed sheets cleaning. The bed sheets made us itch the first night, so we asked for only the bed sheets to be changed.
