We are a family of 2 adults and 1 child. Stayed here for 4 nites. It is nearer Kawaramachi station, about 5 mins. If you have lots of luggage, take the taxi from Kyoto Station which only costs about 1250yen. Otherwise, from Kyoto Station you have to change to 2 different subway lines to Kawaramachi station.
