The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location is good and safe. We had a Triple room. The room is extremely small and the bathroom is one of the worst I have seen! The price was great. It worked out fine for us because we didn't spend much time in the room and were only there to sleep.

Expect what u shd from typical hotels tht has been operating for ten yrs or more. Grand hotel w Large room. Not impressively clean but ok, matress n pillow r fine. Perfect location right at the corner of shopping n foods area. Few mins walk to underground and 810 yen by taxi from train station.
