Stayed here with my husband for 6 nights. Service from the staff is really good as they are very approachable and enthusiastic, especially Abby and Raul from Pavilion who where very friendly and helpful (although all of them were great). “Cosy Hotel”

The hotel is a small hotel surrounded by swamp land. If you are looking for high-tech gym and pool, you are looking at the wrong place. Breakfast was decent and nothing to shout about. The decoration in the room and shower amenities is top notch. Highly recommended for couples.

good location is reasonable serivce. Swimming pool is on the top floor(outside) with depth of 1.4M. good for family with kids. Lifesaver is very kind and reponsible. Lobby is very chinese garden style.

The hotel was much smaller then I thought but hat was actually very nice and personal attention was very good. There is a nice pool on the roof with pool bar...only I had no time to use. Very colorful, relaxed, and nice people.

“best choice in Hangzhou”

I shall say Angsana Hangzhou is the best choice in Hangzhou if you go there for a trip. The location is a little bit dificult to find and I suggest to have more shuttle bus to the centre of the City, because it is difficult to order a taxi in hangzhou especially on rainning day.
