there is no need to explain the benefits and advantages of a Shangri La. but this one in Xi`an was by far the best of Shangri La`s I had. the staff was a bit more friendly, the breakfast had a huge different choices. The room was very good, spacious, clean. The bathroom was nice and the rain shower head was very nice. I liked the fresh fruits waiting for me when checking in. This hotel is aptly named. There must be something wrong with it, but in the two days we stayed there we didn't find it. The rooms were large and lovely, the service impeccable, and the breakfast was delicious. The wine and food in the bar were high quality and not overpriced.
