Stayed for 2 nights and have no complaints. Everything one would expect from the Sheraton chain, with excellent service and facilities. We were on the club floor, which obviously has its advantages. Staff very helpful. We would stay there again.

Stayed for 2 nights over Xmas and the hotel looked very festive with a huge decorated tree in the lobby!
The room was ok, a nice size, comfy bed, usual facilities and amenities (including free wifi), ok bathroom, but maybe the rooms are nearly ready for a refurb.

The proximity of this hotel to the Li River and the pedestrian walk is a plus. There are also many restaurants nearby. Our room was a nice size with all of the amenities that we expected. It had a large balcony. However, when we went outside to check it out, there was nothing at all on it.....no chairs, table, etc....
