Alexander House is an excellent charming cosy hotel with the possibility to get food 24 hours a day. The hotel's greatest attribute is its staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Our room standard-class room was both spacious and comfortable. The bathroom facilities are excellent with an excellent walk-in shower and bidet. The reviews about the sizable room, extensive choice for breakfast, and friendly staff are all correct. However so is the issue re location - 30 minutes plus to get to the old district. After a full day, that 30 minute walking back seems like 60. Location vs a really nice hotel...........
