“Sadly not what I had hoped for at all”

The only saving grace was free internet and helpful staff. Food quite basic. Room very basic. No kettle for tea. One Iron per floor! Gym has to be paid for. Pretty bleak views and just very impersonal.

“Helpful staff, clean hotel, quiet, safe surroundings, but far from historical center”

This massive hotel has many rooms, and is clean, the staff is very helpful, and speaks good english. My room was comfortable, quiet, and with free wifi. The english buffet breakfast served is average (In fact I prefer the traditionnal russian breakfast). The location is 20mn away by foot from the metro station primorskaia.
