Not a luxury hotel but newly renovated. Good value due to negotiated rate. Typical Holiday Inn, this time in Moskow. Is not so close to Red Square; however restaurants and pubs in close vicinity make area attractive. On the downside there is construction work in the area but my room was on the quiet & clean side. Excellent Location. Very good breakfast. We reccoment it to anyone travelling to Moscow, business or holidays. No problems with the booking. The hotel was very hellpful providing all papers needed to get a visa to Russia.

The external construction mentioned in many reviews was still ongoing - as is the case for most of Moscow in its drive for modernisation - however I experienced no noise as presumably on the quieter side of the hotel. The only advantage of this hotel is, that it´s located on walking distance from Belorrusky station. Terrible noise level outside the room almost 24 hours a day. Big construction place just beside of the hotel.
