Spent two nights here on a business trip in February 2012. The first thing to note is that this hotel is very close to Mayakovskaya metro station, but not easy to find from here. You can get the Airport express from Domodedovo to Paveletskaya Station, then a direct metro to Mayakovskaya. Coming out of the station, you are faced with... More

Stayed here over easter. We had a double room which was perfect for us. I would recommend staying here if you are on a visit to Moscow. The only problem... they charge extra for each room service visit and it is not cheap More

We stayed from Jan 23 through Jan 27. The stay was flawless. From day 1 the concierge service were extremely helpful. They would go out of the way to help you. They would explain directions and take their time with you. In addition to their native Russian, they all spoke English. The rooms were a good size a very clean.... More

The level of service at all levels of the hotel is excellent, helpful and efficient. However, the rooms are dated but eminently acceptable. The pricing of the hotel reflects the fact that it is of a good, but not outstanding, standard, making it a much better proposition to my mind than the higher end hotels. More

I would stay here again, close to the Kremlin and Tchaikovsky plaza, great food and fun all around the hotel. Staff were friendly and spoke english. Breakfast was a highlight, included with the room and more than enough food to keep you full all day! More

Picked the hotel since I am a platinum member. Very nice reception, given a nice upgrade to a large corner room. Comfortable bed. Room is a little dated though but still nice. Concierge was outstanding. Spent 20 minutes with me explaining subway system and signs and how it works so that I would not get lost. I was their during... More

We stayed here for three nights before boarding our river cruise. The hotel is gorgeous, our room was great and the desk couldn't be more helpful. As it was the big Victory holiday the next day, May 9, we had amazing views as the tanks rolled up the street to Red Square. We ate in the lobby bar one night,... More

I stayed here for business and was very happy overall with the stay. The only thing that kept the stay from being "Excellent" was the Concierge lounge was closed and the hotel issued vouchers for the lobby bar. The staff in the lobby bar were obviously overwhelmed by the shear number of guests and service we sketchy. The room was... More

Very nice hotel in a good location. While positioned a ten minute walk from the Kremlin, the Marriott Grand Hotel was in a bustling area, surrounded by shops and close to Moscow attractions and the metro line. The concierge was very helpful and the breakfast was unbeatable. Would definitely return. More
