Stayed there twice the same week, week commencing 20th August, nice, new, clean, staff better than normal Moscow average, 6000 rur or 150 euros which in Moscow is a good deal. Mandarin Hotel is a fairly nice hotel, nice rooms and a nice restaurant that had a really good singer when I was there. Close to subway stations and a hotel with European standard and look which is not 100% that you get in Moscow.
