We stayed at this beautiful inn in late April. The rom was tastefully decorated, very spacious and scrupulously clean. We particularly appreciated the balcony outside our room overlooking Lake Cayuga. We attended a wine pairing dinner; wines were great and food was delicious. The 'first breakfast' (coffee & muffins) was a nice touch and breakfast overlooking the lake was even... More

Great food! And they recommended a docent guided tour of Seward's Home which we loved! A good experience overall which was only spoiled slightly by the in-room fireplace which did not work (but rate was discounted appropriately).

Lovingly restored old inn but with all the modern amenities we all want--flat screen tv, wi-fi, a/c, great bathroom. The modern improvements and additions blend in seamlessly with the old. Room was impeccably clean, spacious and well decorated with fine details. I have a "thing" for looking in the corners for places not cleaned. The whole place is immaculate. Well... More

We've been going to the Aurora Inn or E.B. Morgan House annually for about 5 years. They have a special "Winter White" sale allowing you to choose any room in either Inn for a very reduced rate, Jan-April, Wed., Thurs. or Sun. We enjoy expansive room 7 with an enormous jetted Jacuzzi tub, view of the Lake, beautiful furniture, enormous... More

We stayed at the Aurora Inn, as my birthday present, and a lovely respite it was. The staff were wonderful, both at the desk and in the dining room, and the food was delicious. We started with an appetizer and drinks in the late afternoon, retired to our favorite room, 104, with balcony and fireplaceThere I found gifts that our... More

We stayed on a Friday night in February. The efficiency and genuine old fashioned attentiveness of the staff was overwhelming. We stayed in room 7 which is on the top floor. It is at the top of its own flight of stairs and was like a penthouse suite of our own. Room 7 is a 3 room suite with neutral... More

Even though my husband and I live in the area, we make it a point to stay at the Inn at least once every winter. We have traveled throughout the world, and the Inn is comparable to any first class hotel at which we've stayed. Like the couple who stayed at the Inn just after us, our favorite is room... More

Planned a one night stay at the Aurora Inn after a day of visiting wineries around the Finger Lakes. My husband and I needed a getaway from the rituals of everyday life. The Inn definitely came through, the rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated. We stayed in Room 4 with lake views and fireplace. I loved the coffee and... More
