Perfect location, next to Greenbelt shopping mall, big rooms. Downsides: hot water was not available.. No wifi in the rooms. Lot of noise from the aircons on the roof. The pool isn’t suitable to chill out. Not very good value for money, next time we would stay somewhere else with hot water and a nicer swimming pool.

Don't expect much when visiting this hotel. The rooms as well as the furniture is old and dirty. I've heard from other guests that the rooms in the upper floors have been renovated recently (6th floor and up) Service/Breakfast is great though.

Stayed here for business purpose. for three nights and four days. The location of the hotel is in the Makati city business center (but is not expensive for the location) of Manila and easily accessible to public transportation and airport. Good facilities overall a satisfying experience. Did not really had a time to have lunch or dinner.

Rigth in the middle of business district is a cost effective and quite place that one can look forward to spending few days especially when on business.

Very safe and secured hotel, courteous and accommodating staff. Although the hotel is old but clean, except for the towel which is almost gray in color. The breakfast is not so good because choices are few. However, price is cheap.
