While the hotel is nice and new. It is understaffed. You had better get to breakfast early as they do not serve up to their stated times. The front desk will not really care if you let them know that they have a problem. It appears that management is surprised when the restaurant is full because the hotel is full.... More

Booked a room last minute from the parking lot. Excellent customer service all the way around. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were treated fantastic. Everyone smiled and was happy to help in any way possible. Staying here in the future is a no brainer!

This is a brand new hotel. It is a beautiful facility with very friendly and helpful staff. Other than an issue with the heating/cooling system we were very satisified and would stay here again and we have already recommended it to other people.

Stopped in Auburn for a change and discovered the new Hilton Garden Inn. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel bar had a great musician and drinks served with a smile. The breakfast was a real treat. The Hilton brand still deserves two thumbs way up. We'll be back.

Nicely appointed room with very comfortable bed, HD flat screen TV; Air con ditioning can quite noisy; Overall, very nice hotel providing superb service especially if Ben is at the front desk. Surprisingly, the hotel restaurant, Beauvine Chophouse, creates tasty, fresh fare with a nice wine selection -- no need to go out to dinner!
