This hotel is clean and service was fine. However the standard room is very small and their price for the long weekend Saturday was double the normal rate. Breakfast is continental and although some things are nicely renovated, paint TVs etc other things are old and in poor shape like the tub and sink which had rust streaks and cracks.

A wonderful stay at a beautiful inn. Helpful and friendly staff. Complimentary wine tasting as we arrived. Clean. Helpful. Affodable. What more could you need. Quite a find. Will be back to enjoy the Finger Lake area and Montezuma's wildlife and wine.

I booked based on the inn having the lowest price for the night I needed, and didn't expect much. What I received was wonderful, caring service; comfortable, clean room; free, reliable internet; and an adequate free breakfast with good coffee. I stayed in much fancier and more impressive hotels but nothing that gave as much per dollar spent.

We booked a room 15 days in advance online. When I clicked 14 day advance I got a rate of $57 and I was pleased. When we arrived at the hotel they charged us $99!!!
