The location is quite nice in a safe area of the city. The carpet was not really clean and the towels had some dirty spots. The breakfast was not good. Rooms are a bit noisy during all day but it became silent in the night. They started some work at 7 AM.

We were there for 1 night recently....did not experience the noise other reviewers mention. Room was somewhat small but clean & adqeuate....free wi-fi or hotel computers in lobby. Good breakfast included. Location is great...only about 2 minute walk to the main plaza.

very central, close to the plaza de armas, but as well close to the hospital (with a lot of ambulance coming and going at night). Nice rooms, but very lowd if you have your rooms at streets side. Nice breakfast, friendly staff. Hot water.

Vile place - had a room next to a staircase which had people up and down it all night - there were windows in my room overlooking the staircase!?!?! Up for an early breakfast - and a rat ran across the restaurant whilst I waited for them to bring the food out for the buffet breakfast. Need I say more?

Great location/price but so noisey you won't sleep without earplugs and a pillow over your head. It's a very noisey city and the ac was making clicking sounds from it's fan which would get louder and softer throughout the night
