The staff organised a transfer from Juliaca airport. And then to the train station on departure (ended up at thebus station though we managed to get to the train!). The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was a range of breads, fruits, cereals and juices. An assortment of teas are available 24/7. The room was a little noisy... More

We stayed here for 2 nights in April. Thoroughly enjoyed it! Had a big king size bed and large bedroom and decent bathroom. Good hot water and pressure. In a good location in the centre of town. Basic breakfast but that's standard. Would def recommend staying here.

This hotel will offer you comfort, central location, hot water, friendly and helpful staff. I could not stress enough about an amazing breakfast and especially fresh juice. It is definitely worth to have lunch or dinner here also. Everybody is welcome to make tea anytime of the day and use PC and internet. It is a beautiful and fantastic hotel!!!

We stayed in Dec 2012 and everything was great. The staff was extremely helpful in coaching us which tour to chose for Lake Titikcaca. The room and bathroom were really spotless. Location was very central and access to lots of restaurants.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, comfortable, clean rooms. Good value. Owners and staff are very pleasant and very helpful. Oxygen available at the front desk for those folks suffering from altitude sickness. Street noise could be an issue for light sleepers. Be sure and request a quiet room. I think weekends may be worse than weekdays.

The Punuypampa hotel is located in the center of the city, near to the main square and to the main streets in Puno. The rooms are clean and really comfortable. The rooms include heating and I didn`t find any problem with the hot water. The breakfast is great and delicious, I higly reccommend thi hotel for staying in Puno

I live in Peru and it is hard to get good customer service. I thought this hotel was very good with customer service, especially Shirley who was the one who helped with the reservation. Well located, staff pleasant, good breakfast, quiet during the night, some of the best shower I have had in hotels in Peru. It is not luxurious... More

The well located Punuypampa is a clean and comfortable hotel. The only setback is the absence of an elevator in the 3 storey building. Coca tea and oxygen cylinder are available to support guests suffering from high altitude illness. There is some noise coming from the street but not that loud.

Hotel Punuypamp is a centrally located 3-star hotel. I had just arrived by bus from Cusco, and was delighted to have a room with a bathtub, an amenity that is hard to come by in similarly ranked hotels in larger cities like Lima, Cusco, or Arequipa.  The hotel is located on a main street in Puno, two blocks from the...
