This is a normal 4 star hotel, the rooms are spacious and clean and the breakfast is average. The swimming pool is a plus. The location is nice, close to the river. I recommend it for business and for leisure.

Nice room view and good breakfast. It just went downhill from there. Terrible service, it takes them 30 minutes to serve you a drink and even longer for food, witch was not worth the wait. From an international standpoint, this hotel is the best hotel in the Ciudad del Este area. It isn't a 5 star luxury, but it is the closest you have to it. This is a very nice hotel upto American Standards, which is often hard to find in South America (especially Paraguay.) I did think it was a little over priced but probaby worth it to have a clean bathroom and clean sheets. Like all hotels in South America they charge for the 3rd and 4th person.

Excelent hotel to stay for Bussiness and Shops In Ciudad del Leste in Paraguay. It's better than others hotels in Foz do Iguaçu - Brazil

It's hard to find hotel with such nice standards that close to Centro/downtown Ciudad del Este. Room is spacious and clean, staff is nice and polite. But U$190 a night is too expensive for local living expenses(told it's 1/2month salary), comparing with FOZ do IGUACU across the river, you can get same standard for less.
