I had reserved this hotel based on the trip advisor recommendation. I sent an email ~6 weeks before my trip and received a quick response from Pauline. We spent a lovely week in Essaouira in the company of friendly and helpful couple Pauline and Simon, sympathetic Rashid and the always cheerful Marius and Lilu (sorry if I wrote the names wrong!)
