Like most visitors to this hotel, and TripAdvisors, we stayed here only one night, en route between Penang and London. The comfortable Hotel bus meets travellers at KLIA (Level 1, gate 3) every half hour and conveys them to the establishment. “Couldn't find the 'free shuttle bus' from the airport”

Room is OK but arrived tired and grumpy because I couldn't find the shuttle bus from the airport. “This place is terrible.”

Do not stay here. The place looks like a prison camp dormitory. The beds are like sleeping on an ironing board. The carpet is stained, the internet is spotty, and noise of people walking up and down the tiled hallways will keep you up.

“Great for one night stay so not expect too much”

Stay at this hotel on my transit before flying home. The hotel was nice located.....near KLIA and surounded with palm trees. Room was okay with old single unit aircond. Food was okay....good spread for breakfast buffet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good stay......
