Lovely new hotel, large bright lobby gives idea of rest of hotel. Pullman Kuching is just within walking distance to Waterfront. My room was comfortable and clean. Mattress & pillows were so welcoming that I just wanted to stay whole day lying on the bed. There was also a good variety of food offered at breakfast buffet.

We recently stayed at the Pullman Kuching. As frequent Accor Hotel visitors, we particularly enjoyed the room size and the hotel location. However, no WiFi availability in the rooms was a disappointment. The Executive Longe benefits were excellent regarding food, but a very limited choice of wines was offered in the evening. Would we go back? Yes!

Can't praise the staff enough for quick check in or check out. All in 5 minutes. Great and handy location. Rooms are spacious even in the standard rooms. Absolute bargain specially arriving from overpriced Singapore this hotel was heaven sent. Both in terms of price and service. Truly 5 stars.
