- Very good service i've ever seen
- the room is very comfortable, cheap,quiet and much more better than other budget hotel in Kota Kinabalu
- easy to go anywhere, because the location is in the shopping complex
- very good service from the hotel frontdesk and the management
- even the room amenities is more like 5 star services
