We have been here many times in the last 15 years. It always is a pleasant experience. Chinese owner will go out of his way to make your stay comfortable. Staff efficient and interact well with the guests. A genuine 7 to 10 minutes walk to the coral bay beach which is the best beach on the island. Two restaurants on the beach where you can eat and get alcoholic beverages. The best accommodation at Nipah bay villa are the chalets, self contained with large terrace. They are clean comfortable with good air conditioning. Showers always perform well. Cheaper rooms are in the block behind but not all have balconies. A simple breakfast of tea/coffee/juice and toast, eggs, rice and banana cake is included in the price. 07:00 to 10:00. You would do well to rival this budget Hotel for the price and location. recommend. Motor bikes can be rented daily here for RM 40 per day.

For the price we paid for two nights, the accommodation was more than we expected. Working aircond, hot water, tv, mini fridge and towels. Located walking distance to plenty of food stalls and in between two beaches, nipah beach and coral beach which is a 5 minute walk away. Staff is friendly as well. Rooms are within close proximity to each other so do expect a lot of noise when its filled.

We booked originally for 3 nights and we were so pleased by this place that we decided to extended for one more night. We stayed in the chalet 13 and all was excellent as: great mattress, bed linen, hot water, powerful AC, water pressure, small fridge, kettle, good WiFi. Room was sparkling clean and very spacious. Welcome was kind especially by a local Uncle (which I do presume is the Owner). Definitely recommend this place. By the way we are also Hoteliers in Malaysia. Thank you for this nice experience.

Well what more can i say about this little gem of a place. Used our regular local driver to get us from K.L to the Pangkor ferry.(He can take up to 5 people. Private message me for details/contacts).Fifteen minute ferry ride to the island and 2o minutes by taxi bus to the Nipah Bay Villa RM 15. Regularly stayed at this place since 2008. Little has changed. It is comprised of a large area front of house where reception is located and used for the breakfast buffet RM 10. Quite basic, tea, toast eggs sausage, fruits etc. If you are lucky you may see the hornbills visiting the restaurant area. There is different accommodation determined by price. stone built villas close to the front are the highest price, wooden ones cheaper and you have the block of small apartments on different levels. Whatever you choose they are all relatively cheap for budget accommodation. It is set behind the main road in peaceful surroundings amongst a variety of trees and green foliage. What sets this place apart is the proximity to the best laid back beach (coral Bay. A genuine ten minute walk away. The beach is clean white sand and clear warm water to swim in. There are a couple of quiet small resorts and two restaurants on the beach. Daddies Café where you can get western food and alcoholic drinks and next door an authentic Chinese Malay restaurant which serves local dishes and some of the best fish dishes, includibg steam boat. If you like to just laze about on the beach eating and drinking and watching the world go by,then here is the place for you. Pangkor is not mass invaded by international tourists, mainly local Malaysians and their families who come here on weekends and public holidays. Monday to friday you can often have the beach to yourself. Pound for pound i think the price the Nipah Bay charges is very good. The rooms may not be luxurious but are clean and fit for purpose. Personally i dont spend a lot of time in them except for sleeping. Would i reccommend this place, yes in a heart beat.

Probably one of the best locations on pangkor. That is Nipah Bay and this guesthouse is right beside it. Just 50 mts down lane off main road. Really laid back atmosphere here. Nice and quiet for sleep. Staff really friendly here and polite. Receptionist Attilla very good English and helpful. Rooms adequate with tv, fridge, aircon and ensuite with electric shower. Nice Common area with tables, benches and fans. Good value. Close to beach with plenty of local cheap restaurants nearby. Very safe place with much cctv on resort. I would give it 5 stars only towards end of holiday got badly bitten by bedbugs. However if I return would definitely use again. Recommended.

Room was okay A/C cold af but okay The floor was slippery especially when your feet is wet Bed was sandy No Tissue/Toilet Paper No coffee/tea Mini fridge was smelly No bedroom slippers Receptionist during our check in was not friendly didn’t even greet us with properly I doubt that they cared about their hotel/inn because they didn’t even asked for our ID or for deposit or even check the room during our check out We paid RM120 per night we could get cheaper room at a nearby inn and I bet that they even have coffee or tea provided in the room.
