Not as good as it sounds.Really a 2-3 star hotel.Plus like a few others the door is not sound proof and the sounds of people coming and going is quite clear.Expect betterfrom SUNWAY. It is all part of the Lost World theme park. In the hotel it self the staff is great. But the room, though big enough has quite a... More

The hotel was a one night stay. for the Hot spring and the Amusement Park. Basic Amenities but new...The breakfast and the snackbar near the Spa are too good places to eat...there is a Malaysian restaruant in the same complex.. Nice friendly staff and good food.

We've stayed in this hotel only for one night, Premier Suite category. What can I say? Rooms were spacious with all basic amenities, delicious Ipoh white coffee was served in the room. Check in was very fast and efficient, staff was very helpful regarding providing assistance and information.Breakfast was served in Garden Terrace, opposite side of the hotel, 2 mins... More

A value for money hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The only problem was the pillow - there was a foul odor on the pillow that actually ruins my sleep. The hotel was converted from shoplots. Therefore do not expect too much. The hotel have no carpets (due to the water park built opposite), therefore you might hear various... More

There was nothing great about the hotel.I only liked it because the hot water spring and the theme park is walking distance from the hotel The hotel itself does not have anything to offer. The rooms were clean and check in/out was fast and efficent. If you are staying in this hotel, own transport is a must especially at night.

I enjoyed my stay at this interesting resort that offers an interesting hot spring facility with the gorgeous beautiful nature as a backdrop. Those who have children will enjoy the waterpark too. The only down side of this resort is the lack of FnB outlets and one will need to drive to neighboring townships for a better variety of food... More

I would only consider staying here if I am visiting the Lost World of Tambun. Well, I guess this is the main reason this hotel was set up. It is not actually a hotel in the first place. It is the upper storey of shoplots that were renovated to function as hotel rooms, thus don't expect too much. Nevertheless, it... More
