This is the old Sheraton Hotel and so the hardware's not bad. Stayed five nights and found it a very nice place to stay. The service from the staff was first class and the location was good. I can recommend this hotel without any hesitation. I was due to return and was most disappointed when this was changed.

Stayed for 1 night for a business meeting. Hotel is pretty old but generally clean and tidy. Was charged for RM400 per night its totally over price for this standard. 12 minutes by Taxi from Airport. Breakfast spread is limited.

Being all over with the oil industry I must say for an extended stay, the Dorsett in Labuan was great. Food was good, rooms clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful...always smiling.
