Arrived late evening after travelling all day. Had booked a family room but was shown a small room with 2 single beds. Then shown a bigger room but it was filthy dirty, stained sheets, dirt and rubbish everywhere, dead insects on the floor, cigarette ash and ends in the drawer, a tiny very stained sink in the bathroom. Dirty floor....
