Huge rooms, comfortable bed. This hotel was comfortable, staff helpful and friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast, but it was adequate. Free wifi was a bonus. By far the best value in Almaty. I will be back

Nice clean and spacy rooms. But service is nice as long as all in ok but when some challenges happen. They are not nice and misinform (gently saying). Also food was bad for 200 Usd dolar a night. I had a three nights business trip to Almaty, organizer picked this hotel, little expensive but really nice one. Location is little far from city center. However view of the mountains behind the hotel was so nice. Service was good, staff was great, bed is comfy and rooms were nice and large So in general I liked it so much

This is quite a new hotel and it is a gem. It's a spa hotel at the foot of the mountains and the only drawback is that it is 30 mins from the city centre. I believe this is one of the bst hotel in Almaty. Room was more then big as comparing with other hotels and very well decorated. Reception was very helpfull. Lobby was amazing and 24 hrs. lobby bar was excellent.

Really nice hotel with clean and big rooms. Warm floor in shower room, friendly staff, beautiful view from panoramic window. Also there is a SPA area available with three types of sauna and massage service.
