This a fuss-free hotel. We enjoy sitting around in the lounge with Wifi connection and free flow of drinks from soft-drink to coffee. The room is very good and clean, location is very central, only about 5-minute walk from Sendai main train station. Breakfast is considerably good.

Hotel itself looks quite good. Due to the fact that there was a mistake in booking, I was offered a smoking room, what I could not accept due to healthy reasons. Hotel showed no flexibility in change the room and i had to downgrade my room! Never experienced something like that.

Location and service was great. Room is a little small, but understand this is kind of standard in Japan. Wish the breakfast can add some traditional Japanese food.
