We stayed there for one night. The view on the lake is beautiful. The lake is really nice when sunny outside. It is a beautiful walk to do. The food was really good at the restaurant of the hotel. The receptionist were really helpfull. We had a wonderful stay I recommend it

Stayed here for 2 nights, even though everyone told me a night or a day trip would have been sufficient. They were pitiably wrong. Stayed here way back in May 2010. This hotel I guess is the same owner or affiliated with Japan Airlines. Our flight was cancelled due to weather. We end up staying there with unlimited meals. The hotel is a jaunt from Nikko and not the best for access to the main site of Nikko Toshogu Shrine. That said the hotel has a nice lakeside setting that is serene and enveloped in nature.
