I stayed here for a week during a visit to Okayama University of Science. My Japanese host made the booking, and it might be difficult to book directly as like most Japanese hotels not much English is spoken, though I did meet a couple of staff with good English, so a booking by FAX might work. “Excellent Business Hotel”

We stayed here in May 2008 during a three week trip to Japan to visit friends. The hotel website is entirely in Japanese so a Japanese friend made the booking for us.
