My family of four, with two teenagers, stayed here for 2 nights in April and enjoyed it. We stayed in a large family room, well furnished, clean, and we had a nice balcony wherein we can sip coffee, read a book and just chill. The breakfast was good, albeit the kitchen seems to be under staffed as it took quite... More

We've stayed 6 nights at Loc Phat in April. First of all, it's not exactly a homestay, but a family run guesthouse. They have many rooms and the place seems very new. I'd rate this place as average plus when in comparison with similar places we've stayed in Vietnam. The room was good sized, as was the bathroom. But the... More

My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights in April and really loved it. The staff were so warm and friendly and always willing to help or answer questions. Linh was around a lot of the time and very friendly and welcoming, even though she was in her last week of pregnancy! The room was large, nicely finished, clean,... More

We booked for 4 nights and ended up staying for 9 as Hoi An had all the features we were looking for. Linh and her staff are super helpful with any onward bookings or train tickets or anything at all. Linh served a group of us a home cooked meal on our last night there which was great. The room... We had a really great 6 nights here. The rooms are new, clean and very modern. A lovely comfortable bed, good space & a nice bathroom. The hotel is half way between the town and beach and you can hire a motorbike or bicycle but not really walking distance but we loved the motorbike. Lovely staff and also a nice... More

My friend and I traveled to Hoi An and stayed at Loc Phat based on recommendations of friends who had stayed a couple weeks prior to our trip. It is absolutely LOVELY. The value for the price of this guesthouse is absolutely amazing-- immaculately clean and well decorated room, small garden, delicious breakfast (included in price). The staff are so... More

Having looked closely at the history of Loc Phat and how it has developed since its inception, it was a lot grander than I had expected. Had hoped to stay at Linh's and maybe pick up some Vietnamese recipes from her much lauded cooking abilities, but we ended up staying in what turned out to be a small hotel. That's... More

At about $30 per night for a twin this hotel is a gift. Very friendly owners and staff. Adequate room. Incredible breakfast. We had to leave at 6:45 am and the staff insisted on opening the kitchen early to give us breakfast. Really went the extra mile. About 20 min walk from old town (about 55000 dong by taxi). NOTE... We stayed for three nights in a deluxe room. The guesthouse looks very new - rooms are large, comfortable and clean. Air conditioning, Wifi and TV all work well. Breakfast, included in the price and served in a pleasant upstairs indoor/outdoor area, has plenty of variety. The guesthouse is down a short driveway so does not get the noise from... More
